Exclusion of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Amnis and its employees are not liable for any direct or indirect losses, liability claims, costs, demands, expenses or damages of any kind arising from or related to the use of this website. This also applies to damage caused by negligence or to cases where Amnis was informed of the possibility of such consequences.
The Amnis website may contain third party content or links to third party websites. Amnis has no control over the content or websites of third parties, assumes no responsibility or liability for such content or websites, and makes no representations in this regard. This also includes the accuracy, content, quality or relevance of this website. In particular, Amnis is not liable for the content or websites of third parties or for websites to which the Amnis website is linked or which is displayed in frames.
Intellectual property rights
All rights, titles and claims (including copyrights, trademarks, patents and other intellectual property rights and other rights) to, for and from all information and content (including all text, data, graphics and logos) on the Amnis website remain with Amnis or the respective rights holder. Individual pages and/or parts of the Amnis website may only be printed out for private or internal use and only insofar as the respective printout contains all relevant references to copyrights and other property rights. Among other things, users are prohibited from modifying, copying, sending, passing on, exhibiting, presenting, reproducing, publishing, licensing, using as a frame in websites, transmitting, creating works derived from or using for commercial or public purposes any information, text, graphics, images, video clips, directories, databases or lists that originate from the Amnis website, in whole or in part, without the prior written consent of Amnis. Unless otherwise authorized by Amnis, it is prohibited to systematically retrieve content from the Amnis website in order to directly or indirectly compile a collection, database or directory or to link to the Amnis website.
Google Inc.’s service "Google Analytics" is used to analyze the website usage by visitors. The information collected by the cookies (including your IP address) is usually sent to a Google server in the USA and stored there.
Google will use this information to evaluate your use of the website, to compile reports on website activity for the website operator and to provide other services relating to website activity and internet usage. Google may also transfer this information to third parties if this is required by law or if third parties process this data on behalf of Google. Under no circumstances will Google associate your IP address with other Google data.
A cookie is also used to determine the number of visitors who came to the website via advertisements on Twitter.
We use LinkedIn Insight Tag from LinkedIn. LinkedIn Insight Tag helps to record visitor activity on the website. Amnis processes the data only to optimize its offering strategy and to evaluate the campaign performance. At the same time, the data is linked to an existing LinkedIn account.
The cookies are used by Facebook to receive encrypted data about visitors and users of our website for the purpose of measuring advertising effectiveness, to show relevant advertising for certain user groups and to exclude other user groups from seeing irrelevant advertising.
For example, when registering, the cookie shares the email address that was used to register with Amnis in encrypted form as a hash with Facebook. If you have a Facebook account, Facebook can identify you as the same user on Facebook who registered with Amnis. If you do not have an account, this hash is useless and no "new" information, unknown to Facebook, is transmitted to Facebook.
This process enables us to measure the effectiveness of our Facebook advertising and improve it for you.
